Refund and Returns Policy

  • The item is not damaged or altered in any way.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
  4. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you may need to return the original item before a replacement is sent.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. Please provide photos of the damage or defect for faster processing.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Personal care products, such as socks or underwear, for hygiene reasons

7. Late Returns

Returns made outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be processed.


8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a damaged product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged products.
